Orders and payment
When purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). “Product” refers to any item that is listed for sale on our website.
All orders you place through our website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to refuse or limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. All prices and transactions are quoted in and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. International orders in a foreign currency may result in additional charges. Payment must be received before we ship your order.
Delivery
We will ensure that all our products are sent to you in a timely manner upon receiving payment. Item will be sent in a good sealed packaged condition, however due to the process of delivery, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product upon arrival at your end. Delivery times may vary and be affected by adverse unforeseen circumstance and/or the state of transport logistics at any given time. International orders will incur additional charges and subject to longer delivery times. Please contact us if you require express delivery or purchasing outside of Australia.

Returns and refunds
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and sealable into its original packaging. If not, a 20% restocking fee of the item’s original purchase price will apply. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us and let us know of the issue. If your return is accepted, you’ll have to bear the cost of return shipping and we’ll notify you of the location to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Nothing in these Terms of Use operates to exclude, restrict or modify the operation of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law (being Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable consumer laws.

Carparklock will not be liable for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions restrict the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Severability
